2. The official electronic submission period for DV2009 ends Noon ET December 2nd 2007. Our online application creation, photo management and data storage system will close a few days before the submission date, to allow us enough time to process and submit all final completed applications.

The DV Lottery Service which may includes where applicable, the conversion of the application, data storage, photo manipulation, electronic notification, electronic submission (the Service) is NON REFUNDABLE! You engage our services upon submission of payment. By submitting your payment to the American Immigration Center Inc., you agree that you understand and accept the terms and conditions as specified herein. In no event shall any type of liability exceed the price paid to us for this Service.

4. Please note: this Service does not guarantee that you will be selected, nor that your chances of being selected are increased by using our Service. All qualifying applications submitted correctly to the State Department, receive an equal opportunity. A computer will randomly select eligible entrants.

5. To perform the Service, we will need you to provide the information for the application. We cannot provide the full Service to you, unless you provide the information to us. Please do not delay.  If your application status in our system is INCOMPLETE Login to your online application immediately and provide the required information before the deadline.

The State Department does not require a fee to enter the DV Lottery and you can enter your application directly at the State Department's website during the submission period, at: dvlottery.state.gov, however, if you select to hire our Service to store, review and submit your application we will charge a fee of $50 this fee will be applied towards the time and costs involved in handling, storing, digitally converting and submitting your application and this fee will not be refunded.
