Information about the Green Card Lottery Diversity Visa Program 2005
The
Diversity Visa lottery (DV) is a program mandated under Section 203 (c) of the Immigration Act of 1990. The legislation makes available up to 50,000 permanent resident immigrant visas by random selection through an annual diversity visa lottery. If selecting to use our service please make sure that you submit your application to us as soon as possible, so that we have sufficient time to check, prepare and submit your application in a timely manner. We charge $50 per application - you can include your spouse and children in your application at no additional charge. However should you select to submit a separate application for your qualifying spouse. Each additional application will requires a $50 submission fee.
The general eligibility requirements are that the applicant's country of birth is an eligible country and that the applicant is in possession of a high school degree or it's equivalent. The basic application requirements include the submission of a complete application form and a photo. We are already accepting applications for processing, to ensure that your application is submitted within the required guidelines set forth by the United States Department of State we formed a service department that can handle the submission process for you. Our service department will accept your application year-round and submit the application to the Department of State.
