Deadlines and Requirements:
- Application Processing Deadline October 31st, 2003
Application Submission Period Opens November 1st, 2003
Application Submission Period Ends December 31st, 2003
- Must be a native of (born in) an eligible country, or must have a spouse/parent who is a native of an eligible country
Every applicant must have at least a high school education or its equivalent. (This will rule out most applicants under the age of 18)
If high school education is not available, an applicant must have two years of work experience in an occupation requiquiring at least two years of trainning or experience.
Must submit a complete, accurate electronic application
- Husband and wife can submit seperate applications
You can submit a green card lottery application even if you are pending a green card via another application
You can submit an application if you are already in the U.S. or in another country, and the entry may be submitted from the U.S. or from abroad.
