Green Card Lottery Updates November 4th 2003
Dear Diversity Visa Lottey Applicants,
Submission window is now open. All applicants are required to do a final check and complete their application as soon as possible.
Applications:
We are preparing to run a series of data integrity checks on all applications in our database before we proceed to submit them. All images are going to be checked, those images that have incorrect sizing will be resized and uploaded. If your photo does not adhere to the Department of State requirements, we will inform you right away so that you may upload a new image.
Secondly, we will run a set of integrity checks on submitted data. The tests will flag the following applications:
Applications that have an ineligible country without a selected eligible native country.
Applications without digital uploaded photos.
Applications without a completed addresses.
Applications that contain both an eligible birth country and a native country.
Payments:
Please note: applications that have no associated payments may be cancelled. To avoid cancellation of your unpaid application, you must make your payment as soon as possible. If you do not wish to pay for the service, feel free to cancel your application.
Credit card payments that have conflicting bill to and ship to information, as well as third party billing will not be processed and all applications associated with the payment will be cancelled. Applicants who are unable to provide electronic payments, can submit a money order, travelers checks, postal check, or bank guaranteed check in US Dollars only by mail.

Once your application is submitted to the State Department you will no longer be able to make changes, modify data, or cancel the application.
Please don't delay, complete your application and check that you have valid data.
