Those applicants who selected to use our services for the DV2005 program, must please have their completed applications either submitted to us, or uploaded electronically to their customer account, at our website, by no later than noon EST- December 22nd, 2003. This deadline is applicable to our customers only and is not related to deadlines set by government agencies.

In order for us to be able to meet the State Department's Submission Deadline of December 30th, 2003 - we need to ensure that all new applications, and missing items/data from existing applications are received either electronically or by mail, by no later then Noon EST, December 22nd, 2003. Applications that are either received or completed after that date are not guaranteed to be submitted for the DV2005 program. We will give processing priority to completed applications received by our processing deadline.

You have from today until our Processing Deadline of December 22nd, 2003 to get your application completed, your photos sent, fixed or uploaded and your fee for the service paid. Please do not delay. Check your application and provide the missing information.

Customers who have electronic applications that are flagged "INCOMPLETE" must please check for the following three items:

1. Are your photo(s) according to specifications?
   
   Please read the specifications on the photo upload page, and review the sample images provided. Check the size, clarity and background of your photo and photos of your spouse and children (if applicable). Make sure all the photo(s) are according to specifications. If your application does not include a photo of the main applicant, and his/her spouse and children, the application will not be completed or submitted.
   
   
2. Have you completed all the required fields in your application?
   
   Your application may be missing data/information. Required fields have been denoted as required. All required fields must be completed.
   
   
3. Have you made your payment for the service?
   
   Our service includes; DV application electronic data conversion, application data storage, data access interface with unique login verification, photo scanning, sizing, storage and conversion, DV application electronic submission, electronic notifications, updates and weekly email reminders of application status with notifications of items that require attention. For providing our customers with this service we charge a $50 fee, if you have not made your payments as of yet, please do so.

What if you miss the Processing Deadline?

Applications that are still "INCOMPLETE" by the deadline risk the possibility of not being submitted for the DV 2005 program. We cannot submit an application that does not include all the required information. It is your responsibility to check, update and provide us the information required for your application. If the required information, is not made available to us by the Processing Deadline, then your application will not be submitted.

Please note: we send weekly and sometimes bi-weekly electronic reminders to all applicants whose application status is "incompleted", your reminders specify the missing information/data that is required. If you miss the processing deadline, your application will continue to be stored by our web-based database. You can provide the missing details at your will and we can attempt to submit your application the following year for DV2006. This however is subject to:

1. the State Department continuing to allow for the Diversity Visa Program to remain active yearly.
2. that your country of birth or your native country is still on the list of eligible countries.
3. that you meet and provide all the necessary information as required by the State Department, which may differ from this year's requirements.

Remember: we provide you with a service. Our service requires you to provide the information for the application. We cannot provide the full service to you, unless you provide the information to us. So please don't delay. Login to your online application. If your status is INCOMPLETE - provide the required information before DECEMBER 22nd 2003.
