If you do not have a computer, scanner or extra time - mail or email us your application and photo, a trained representative will convert your data to an electronic format, store your data on our secure servers and electronically submit your application during the submission period.

Our service offers you the ability to access your online account and application 24/7. Furthermore when you use our online Green Card Lottery Electronic Application System, the following services are included in the fee that you pay us;

:: Features of our  Green Card Lottery Electronic Application System:

1. Ability to create an account online.
    

   1. Once created, with your selected user name and password, you can login to your account at any time; you will be able to - view, create, update, modify and save your application.

   2. Your application will be flagged as "incomplete" by the status indicator until all fields have been filled out and all images have been uploaded. Once all information is received the status indicator will change to "completed".

   3. Once the status of your application has been "completed" a trained representative will be notified to check your application and to tag is ready for submission.

   4. Should your completed application require your further attention, the representative will change your status indicator to "incomplete" and email an alert to check your application again.

   5. You can create additional applications under your account for members of your family or friends. Please remember: one application per person, if you submit more then one application for the same person, the State Department will disqualify the application.

   6. Each newly created application will be charged a fee of $50 for the Services listed in this page. There are no additional service fees to include immediate members of your family in your application. 

   7. You will receive regular email notifications, updates, and application status reports.  

   8. Once your have submitted all the requirements, your application status indicator will indicate in green that your application is "completed".

   9. When your have provided all the requirements, and a representative has viewed your application for completeness, the application will be submitted (during the open submission period) and the status indicator will change to "submitted"

   10. An application with a "submitted" status is locked and cannot be edited, or viewed. 

2. Ability to upload your photos.
    

   1. Our electronic system includes an easy-to-use photo manager feature. All you have to do is upload your photo in a digital format to your account. The Electronic Green Card Lottery System will validate the size and the receipt of your photo, but will not validate the content of your image. You will be provided with easy-to-follow instructions once your account has been created.
       

3. Make your payment for the service.
    

   1. You will be able to make the $50 payment for the service, online via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express).

2. For those customers who are unable to create an electronic application, or do not have a credit card, we will, convert your mailed-in paper application to an electronic format, scan in your photos and submit your electronic application, this extra service, if required, is included in your fee.

:: Electronic Submission Service: 

Are you going out of town? On vacation? Not sure if you will be near a computer during the submission period? With our secure electronic data storage system you can create your application between now and a week before the deadline, and we will submit your application electronically. We also keep a digital copy of the proof of submission for your record.

:: Photo Scanning & Image Manipulation:

Your photo has to be digital. If you do not have a scanner or a digital camera send us your printed photo together with your application, we will convert the data to an electronic format and we will scan and size your photo or digital image. The image will be stored in our database alongside your application and it will be submitted electronically together with your application at no additional charge.
