I-485 (Supplement B, NACARA Supplement to Form I-485 Instructions)
When filing USCIS form I-485, there are special instructions and forms required, depending on whether you are a national of specific countries. If you are filing form I-485 and you are a national of Cuba and Nicaragua, the instructions for I-485 may request that you submit Supplement B. If you need to submit Supplement B, you must complete and file USCIS I-485 (Supplement B, NACARA Supplement to Form I-485 Instructions). This 2-page form cannot be filed separately; it must be filed along with USCIS form I-485. Supplement B provides additional instructions for Cuba and Nicaragua nationals completing USCIS form I-485.
